This is a dish that we made in our very own West Hills Studio. It's a rectangle and dimension: 7 inches x 4.5 inches.
It's a slab piece, and I used an underglaze transfer for the watermelon pattern. For glaze, I wanted to have something semi transluscent, so I used a floating glaze, which is one of my favorite mediums to use!
This is a slab piece, and it is handmade, so it's rustic in feel, texture, and shape which I like. I love rustic style and handmade look.
You could use this as a trinket dish, a snack tray or summer home decor and kitchen ware too. I could also see it work as a candle plate.
