This is a dish that we made in our very own West Hills Studio. It's 5 inches across.
I wanted to achieve a tabby cat look with glaze so I used a brown floating glaze which came out looking like fur. This is a slab piece, and it is handmade, so it's rustic in feel and texture, which I like. I am more of a rustic and handmade gal than a production perfect ceramic artist.
You could use this as a trinket dish, a cat treat dish, cat food bowl for wet food, or even just home decor. I could also see it work as a candle plate for home decor.
