This particular day I was thinking about Isaiah 32:18, which says, My people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet gardens.  I used my wood burner (not laser, I do this free hand) and made the bird design and the words on it.  I finished it in some Danish oil.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eYou could use this as a kitchen trivet or even as a piece of art.  As you can see, I have it standing on a photo stand, and I think it looks great as an art piece too.
